The BioPharma Crescent is a regional partnership made up of five counties in Eastern North Carolina. Major pharmaceutical companies, including Novo Nordisk, Pfizer, Merck, Grifols, and Thermo-Fisher Scientific, operate in the Crescent. This region employs more than 10,000 and is known for its accessibility to talent, affordable utilities and supportive community.
