This year's Summit will be held in the heart of Eastern North Carolina, in Greenville at East Carolina University. We are seeking funds to complete this new book "Miracle Road - The Story of Research Triangle Park" (working title). Based on over 100 interviews, this book encapsulates the 64 year transformation of North Carolina into a high-tech powerhouse thanks to the exceptional men and women who discovered the science, took the risks and braved the odds to make the world a better place. Funds raised to complete this book will also go towards the establishment of a public archive as well as plans for a public exhibit. This is a community effort of RTP's visionary founders and their resolute followers to share the history that is creating the future.
