Sheila Mikhail, Co-Founder and former CEO at AskBio, will discuss her recent diagnosis of breast cancer and the disadvantages of mammograms in detecting breast cancer in women with dense breasts. Sheila is also pursuing a law change in North Carolina to mandate insurance coverage for supplemental breast screening to detect cancer earlier in women with dense breasts.
