The first gathering of the North Carolina Future of Food Coalition event series aims to:
- Accelerate the Future of Food Ecosystem in North Carolina and beyond.
- Facilitate collaboration and networking between the food industry, academia and the public sector.
- Share and learn about current developments in plant-based, cell-based, fungi and recombinant technologies applied to food.
