Medical, Biomedical and Biodefense: Support to the Warfighter Symposium

MBB Event

The Office of United States Senator Thom Tillis, the Office of United States Senator Ted Budd, the North Carolina Military Business Center, and the North Carolina Biotechnology Center will host the Medical, Biomedical & Biodefense: Support to the Warfighter and Veteran Symposium in Chapel Hill, North Carolina on September 23-24, 2026.

This symposium connects the medical, biomedical and biodefense community with military and federal agencies seeking innovative solutions to support America’s warfighters and veterans. Attendees will engage directly with representatives from the Departments of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, and other federal agencies, as well as major primes and contractors, to learn about current capability gaps, future needs, and how to navigate procurement processes.

Designed for businesses, researchers, manufacturers, service providers, and innovators of all sizes, this event offers valuable briefings, informal networking with buyers and end users, and exposure to emerging medical technologies, services, and resources shaping the future of military and federal healthcare and national defense.
