Aileen Wilson, MBA, SPHR is passionate about assisting job seekers and creating local talent pipelines for the sites she supports. In addition to recruitment, Aileen facilitates a diverse scope of training courses for Pfizer colleagues and leads impactful projects for the Candidate Experience team. Aileen earned her Bachelor’s in Human Resources and Master of Business Administration in Management from Rider University.
