Manufacturing associates operate process equipment within control limits to meet delivery, cost and quality goals. Manufacturing associates are responsible for assembling equipment, obtaining materials, and planning workflows. After operations, they disassemble and clean all equipment. Job responsibilities vary depending on the manufacturing process. Therefore, manufacturing associates must be flexible.
Main responsibilities include:
- Procure materials and assemble equipment according to standard operating procedures
- Perform and document all process steps in batch production record
- Monitor all processes to ensure quality and efficiency
- Comply with regulatory requirements for safety and quality
- Collect samples, conduct in-process testing and analyze data
