Project Description:
GeneVentiv Therapeutics is developing a gene therapy for the treatment of hemophilia with a novel approach that targets both major forms of hemophilia (types A and B) and is effective in the presence or absence of inhibitory antibodies. SRL funds will support dose range, toxicity, and further in vivo validation studies of its GeneAAV-FVa gene therapy.
