Project Description:
The Wilson Economic Development Council received a $100,000 Partnership Development Grant to support Johnson & Johnson's expansion in Wilson County. PDG funds will be used to purchase lab eqiupment to enable Wilson Community College to implement BioWork in Wilson area high schools. Johnson & Johnson plans to create 420 jobs and invest $2B to establish its biomanufacturing facility in Wilson.
