Tracy has 10+ years of experience in the event and hospitality management field. She was the event manager at Second Empire restaurant in downtown Raleigh and most recently worked at UNC Health & Hospitals as the Catering Manager and Associate Director of Nutrition and Food Services. Her knowledge in both the private and public sectors with small-scale and large events will benefit both NCBiotech and external partners.
