Erika Gray is the Program Manager for Science and Business Development at NCBiotech.
Erika graduated from Radford University in Radford, Virginia, with a Bachelor of Science degree in History and Political Science. She also attended Wake Technical Community College and earned two certificates in medical administrative office.
Before joining NCBiotech, Erika served as the Administrative Coordinator at SAFEchild, a non-profit child abuse prevention agency in Raleigh. Before moving to North Carolina in 2006, Erika was an Associate (Senior Consultant) with Booz Allen and Hamilton in Washington, DC. She provided administrative program management support to senior leaders from the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community at several government agencies. At the start of her career, she served as Assistant to the Vice President for Membership and Public Relations and Chapter Coordinator for the National Security Industrial Association, a defense industry association based in Washington, DC.
