Project Description:
Researchers have developed a miniature mass spectrometer capable of analyzing atoms, molecules, and atomic isotopes. This project will further develop the spectrometer to enable food producers, distributors, and vendors to verify the authenticity of their products. Additionally, the spectrometer will be portable and used outside of research laboratories.
