American Medical Writers Association Carolinas Chapter

The American Medical Writers Association (AMWA) Carolinas Chapter is a nonprofit regional affiliate of the American Medical Writers Association, dedicated to supporting professional development and networking for medical communicators in North Carolina and South Carolina.

The chapter offers educational programs, networking opportunities, and resources to help medical writers advance their careers. Members can participate in workshops, webinars, and local events tailored to the needs of medical communicators across various disciplines. To become a member of AMWA Carolinas, join AMWA at https://www.amwa.org/page/Join, then select “Carolinas” as your chapter. Many of our events are open to both members and nonmembers. Members are invited to member-exclusive events or may receive a special rate for open events.
