NCBiotech Jobs Network: An Evening with Heather Hollick, Author of Helpful: A Guide to Life, Careers, and the Art of Networking

Join us for an evening of learning and networking in the celebration of Heather Hollick's new book "Helpful." Heather has written the definitive guide for professional networking in the modern economy. While "Helpful" is a book about networking, it's also a book about life, careers, and how to build great teams. It is at once a manifesto about how we should treat one another while at the same time an insanely practical how-to guide for building a professional network.

Heather will share highlights from her book, dispelling some of the myths and misunderstandings of networking. Learn about the important role of small talk, how to avoid the world’s worst networking question, and how to ask the ultimate one instead. There will also be plenty of time for Q&A and general networking.
