Dana Glisson Dana Glisson is Regional VP for Clinical Operations at Covance by Labcorp overseeing the America’s Region. She has more than 20 years of experience in clinical research, 14 of which are in the CRO industry supporting various different functions of clinical research. Dana began her career in healthcare as a registered nurse, caring for trauma, medical and post-surgical patients. |

Alvita Amanchukwu, MSCR Alvita has over fifteen years of experience managing multiple aspects of clinical operations across Phase I-IV clinical trials leading global teams responsible for the success of multiple New Drug Applications (NDAs), including the blockbuster Pharmacyclics’ approvals and subsequent acquisition by Abbvie. Alvita has a proven track record for fostering successful client, site and vendor relationships, building collaborative teams and driving positive business and patient outcomes. She is a graduate of Campbell University with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Research from the School of Pharmacy and a member of the Kappa Epsilon professional pharmacy fraternity. |

Tony Connell Tony currently works as a Clinical Research Associate at Covance where he began working in 2018 in study start-up operations. His current assignments are ophthalmology trials focused on preventing progression of Retinitis Pigmentosa (RPGR) – a genetic disease that causes blindness. He also leads the Covance Pride LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group (ERG) for the Nashville area. Tony earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Memphis and resides in Nashville, TN. |
