Krystal Alexander is a Human Resources professional with 10 years of experience. She holds a B.S. Degree in Human Resource Management and Finance from The Florida State University. In 2016, She earned the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential from the Society for Human Resource Management.
Prior to this role, Krystal served as a COVID-19 Investigator for the HR Governance team at First Citizens Bank. Throughout her career, Krystal has held human resource positions in recruiting, employee relations, payroll, and administration for small to large organizations. Krystal has also worked in various industries including nonprofits, hospitality, education, and finance.
