Project Description:
Avior's lead product will be used to treat patients with chronic liver disease who suffer from pruritus (chronic itch). Avior was awarded a SRL in 2019 that supported completion of first in human clinical trials. Building on this progress, Avior will use this SRL funding to establish a RTP based GMP manufacturing capability to produce clinical material for Phase II trials.
