Project Description:
This project will focus on development of pharmaceuticals and biocontrol agents with antibiotic capabilities based on organic molecules originally found in nature. The PIs are working to improve the ability of these natural molecules to combat bacterial infections and to isolate new antibiotic drugs from natural sources.
