Project Description:
This project focuses on developing an imaging-based biomarker for prediction of patient outcomes and biological properties of breast cancers. Using breast cancer patient tumor samples and MRI images of breast cancers, this technology has the possibility to improve the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. Our software image analysis system will be further developed to be used for personalization of patient treatment and prediction of possible outcomes from therapies.
