Her Voice Her Story in STEM is designed to equip students and community members with practical tips for navigating various paths in STEM fields.
As research has demonstrated, minority groups are significantly underrepresented in STEM, and many minority students opt to leave STEM careers due to academic rigor and lack of representation.
The conference welcomes participation from university, community college, high school students, and men.
