Ag Tech Professional Forum | Food

The Ag Tech Professional Forum is a series hosted by NCBiotech to provide our industry with the opportunity to hear from key leaders as they discuss the topics relevant to today's world. We are excited to return to in-person programming in 2022, and we look forward to everyone reconnecting.

Agenda

So You Think You Know Food and Agriculture? (Video)

NC Agriculture (credit: MVonCannon)

Food is at the center of all good North Carolina traditions, including ACC tailgating, State Farmer's Market, the State Fair, and the NC Ag Tech Professional Forum. Heck BBQ is a tradition on its own. So, it's no surprise that food is a hot topic in a state with deep roots in agriculture. Despite that, there is a clear disconnect between our agriculture communities and non-ag-related consumers.

Join us on Thursday, April 21 as Ray Starling, Mitch Peele, and Carrie Harbinson share outcomes of a recent report that reveals what North Carolinians know and think about food production and agriculture in our state. Learn about efforts and opportunities to share knowledge that provide insight through true common-value connections.

This program is not one you want to miss!
