About
Chase joined NCBiotech in April 2024 as the Associate Director of Workforce Development. In this role, she provides support leading and coordinating NCBiotech's programs related to developing North Carolina’s life sciences workforce.
Chase is an aspiring social impact leader and is passionate about achieving equitable change through community outreach and advocacy. In 2024, she received her master’s degree in public administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After earning her bachelor’s degree in political science from NC State, Chase completed a year of service with AmeriCorps as a Volunteer Coordinator with Habitat for Humanity.
She believes that meaningful change happens with purposeful community engagement, research, education, and collaboration. An important attribute of Chase’s is that she’s a people person. She genuinely enjoys talking to people and is passionate about the issues that matter to her.
