Since 2012, 125 North Carolina educators have participated in these ag biotech focused professional development workshops, which include hands-on activities, lectures, tours, and discussions around biotechnology's role in agriculture. For 2017, NC science, agriculture and family/consumer science educators at the middle and high school levels are invited to participate.
