Vi joined NC Biotech in November 2022. As the Director of Accounting and Purchasing Services, her responsibilities include but not limited to plan, coordinate, and direct all facets of the Center’s accounting function which includes accounts payable, billing, accounts receivable, fixed assets, financial analysis, ensuring strict internal controls are followed, and Center compliance with state and federal funding guidelines.
Vi attended William Peace University and received a bachelor’s degree in business finance. Vi has 20+ years in business operations, accounting, and auditing in the public and private sectors. Her accounting and business operations have involved her with the consultation, opening, and operations of businesses in the area. She specializes in not-for-profit, governmental, yellow book, single audit, and private sector auditing.
