About
Chandler Carpenter joined NCBiotech in February 2024 as the electronic resources manager. She manages library resources to support NC Biotech as well as client companies. Her role includes maintaining relationships with vendors and clients, evaluating subscription usage, monitoring budgets, and troubleshooting resource access issues.
Chandler received her bachelor’s degree in English from UNC-Chapel Hill and a master’s in library and information science from UNCG in December 2024. Prior to joining the NCBiotech team, she worked in the publishing industry as a client manager where she managed client relations with publishers and oversaw an internal editorial support team.
