Allison joined NCBiotech in 2023 as the inaugural Director of the Impact Research team where she led a group of research and analytics experts dedicated to refining the organization’s metrics, processes, and platforms. Now serving as Vice President of Business Intelligence & Analytics, she leads both the Impact Research and Life Science Intelligence teams to deliver the vital information and tools internal and external clients need to enhance decision-making.
Allison holds an MLIS from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and an MBA with a concentration in Business Analytics from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. Her background is in data analytics, process optimization, project management, and business librarianship.
