Andrew joined NCBiotech in January 2023. As a manager of the Life Sciences Manufacturing Ambassador Program, he works with organizations across North Carolina to increase awareness of and expand access to training and career opportunities in life sciences manufacturing for individuals in communities who have been historically excluded.
Andrew is an experienced strategist, data visualizer, program implementer, and science policy practitioner. He also established the NC STEM Policy fellowship which places recent graduates from North Carolina in year-long positions in the executive branch.
