Ed Kato Ed Kato has worked in the field of recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, career coaching, and project management for thirty years. As president and senior talent acquisition consultant with Atlantic Talent Acquisition Consultants, Inc, he works with organizations that hire professional and technical candidates across the United States and consults with clients to develop their talent acquisition strategy and/or an HR management strategy. He is also an adjunct executive career coach with the Poole College of Management Career Center at North Carolina State University. Ed earned an MBA from NCSU, and is Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certified.
