Smaller Eukaryotes Group

This group focuses on research involving primarily single-cell eukaryotes including various fungi with an emphasis on budding and fission yeast.

Monthly meetings are held during the academic year at NCBiotech. Each meeting consists of two 40-minute presentations. Scientists from 25 laboratories at six institutions participate.

Meeting Format

Meetings are held from 5:45 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at the North Carolina Biotechnology Center
Light refreshments served at 5:45 p.m.
Meeting begins promptly at 6:10 p.m.
