BioWork Program

Did you know we offer a program that teaches you the technical skills needed in biopharma manufacturing?

BioWork is designed to teach you the foundational skills you need to begin a career in biopharma manufacturing. This program is widely used to train and develop process technician roles found in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or chemical manufacturing companies. The program covers topics such as current good manufacturing practices (cGMP), technology and equipment processes, quality control, general biopharma manufacturing operations fundamentals, and much more.

The certification program is offered at 12 community colleges throughout North Carolina.
