Project Description:
Kinase inhibitors are a very successful drug class with 33 drugs on the market; however, 80% of the kinase family remains understudied. New research equipment will enable the Kinase Chemical Biology Center at UNC to prepare and validate potent and selective kinase inhibitors that can be used by researchers across the globe in their efforts to discover important new drugs.
