Project Description: Transcranial magnetic stimulation is widely used by brain researchers and is an FDA-approved treatment for depression, but the conventional technology has major limitations. The PIs have invented a novel TMS device that overcomes these limitations. They will build and test a prototype device that will subsequently be commercialized by The Magstim Company.
