InGateyGen has developed an RNAi gene edited peanut which knocks down expression of the three genes associated with the three most allergenic peanut proteins. The company was awarded a $100,000 SRL to fund the development of an Ara h1-3 knock-out peanut using CRISPR/Cas12 technology.
