Project Description:
Purchase of a light sheet fluorescence microscope capable of quickly producing 3D images of whole mouse tissues or patient biopsies will expand research capabilities at University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill. This system is necessary for developmental studies of heart and brain disease in mouse models.
