Patient-Driven User Experience Design

Mobile apps and other connected health devices have become an important touchpoint between patients, health care professionals (HCPs) and patient support programs (PSPs). For patients, these devices can provide crucial support and instant feedback, leading to increased adherence to prescribed medicines and improved diagnostics. For HCPs and PSPs, these devices have transformed many aspects of clinical practice, allowing care providers to make better-informed decisions based on individual and aggregated real-time patient data.

This presentation will cover how Phillips-Medisize and DMI Experience Group partnered to design a health care platform with an optimal user experience to support patients receiving human growth hormone treatments. The platform also enables HCPs to analyze patient data efficiently to make informed decisions and improve patient communication.
