You're personally invited to join us on Wednesday, August 28th, 2019 for an open house at NCBiotech's Conference Center. Take a tour of our conference facility between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., learn more about our capabilities and amenities, and meet our knowledgeable staff. Enjoy complimentary food and beverages, giveaways and drawings, including vouchers for free meeting spaces.

From our personalized event planning services to our state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment, and commitment to excellence, our offerings make the perfect location for your next meeting or event.
- Our venue is certified by the International Association of Conference Centers. Each space is suited to host a variety of meetings and events.
- The variety in conference room sizing includes small rooms that can accommodate a few attendees to large rooms that can comfortably host up to 170 people.
- We have break-out rooms, a beautiful garden space, and our bright and cheery Lower Galleria is the perfect space for “mix-and mingles” with appetizers and drinks after event programs.
- Meeting spaces are equipped to rent video conferencing, projectors, and audio/visual equipment. An in-house AV specialist will be here to get your event up and running as needed.
- Parking includes easy access for people with disabilities and ample, well-lit guest parking about half a block from the building entrance.
- We have a soothing mother’s room for privacy and relaxation while nursing.
- Catering services range from simple snacks to full meals.
