Nellie Scott, a dynamic leader, communicator, and presenter and global channel development manager at SAS will show attendees how to build a personal marketing plan and how to use this powerful tool effectively for networking, starting conversations, and developing leads. Nellie will also share her tips for managing your career, promoting your talents, and planning your next move.

The program will run until approximately 1:45 p.m., followed by introductions from talent acquisition professionals, and an open networking session.

Nellie Scott

Nellie Scott, senior global channel enablement manager, SAS Institute, is a sales professional with over 17 years’ experience in IT services sales management, marketing and operations in both domestic and international markets. Her career spans across companies such as Dell, where she served as Senior Services Sales Manager prior to joining Lenovo as Director of Sales Support & Channel Enablement. In her current position as Global Channel Enablement Manager for SAS Institute, Nellie is responsible for developing, executing and managing Channel sales enablement programs focused on accelerating partner onboarding, development and time to revenue. She works closely with subject matter experts to create sales tools and training assets to meet the required skill sets for SAS business partners in the areas of pre-sales support and sales across multiple geographies

A skilled leader and communicator, Nellie began her career in California, where she attended and taught at the University of Southern California.

Her philosophy is simple “…Nothing happens in an organization until somebody sells something to somebody, and if you don’t sell total solutions, someone else will.”
