ATTENDEE REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Rate: Prior to March 31, 2023 - $160/pp; Starting April 1, 2023 - $175/pp
Admission to the Symposium on June 13 & 14, 2023 includes a full program, light breakfast, lunch, beverages/snacks throughout the day, access to the sponsor exhibit hall, and event materials.  

Note: Tickets to the Welcome Social on June 13 at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park are not included in the registration costs.  Welcome social tickets must be purchased on the event management system during registration, before registration closing.  Click here for more information on the Welcome Social.

STATE EMPLOYEE REGISTRATION
Rate: $140/pp

Free of Charge
Note: Business representatives with veteran status. Though we thank you for your service, this rate does not apply to business representatives with veteran status. This rate applies to active duty military personnel and federal government employees whose units or agencies task out to support the event.

EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
If the need to cancel occurs, please notify NCMBC in writing by contacting courtney@ncmbc.us 30 days before the event for a full refund. Refunds will not be provided to those who cancel 30 days before the event. Refunds will not be provided for “No Shows” on the day of the event.
