The Genomics Sciences Exchange Group (GENE) supports ongoing collaborative genomics research at the North Carolina Research Campus and stimulate new collaborations in the Greater Charlotte region. GENE serves as a forum for discussing scientific ideas, new directions and data analysis techniques from a wide range of genomic technologies and organisms. The format of this forum is a lecture series open to participants from the region and state. Our goal is to enhance collaboration and communication between local scientists and those at various academic, commercial and government institutions throughout the state and country.
