Food Bioscience: Inform, Inspire, and Invest - Speakers and Special Culinary Luncheon -
Please join us for this special event that intends to raise awareness of the Triad’s and North Carolina’s food companies, and how they are using bioscience to: preserve limited resources and produce high quality products, even in unlikely places.
To hear from entrepreneurs and family farmers who are discovering exciting new ways to maximize revenue per acre and help preserve NC’s farms. A highlight of the event will be a unique lunch prepared by Chef Brian Bailey and the award-winning Alamance Community College Culinary Department. This will complement the speaker/panel sessions scheduled before, and during lunch to highlight the foods and related bioscience that will be the main focus of the event.
