Finding Common Ground with DEI Late Adopters

Champions of diversity, equity, and inclusion believe that DEI programs and initiatives create better relationships and workplace cultures, so resistance is difficult to understand. Therefore, negative attitudes, skepticism, and cynicism are common when organizations launch DEI efforts. Inclusive leaders and DEI champions shouldn’t silence or avoid these critics. Instead, they need to find common ground through conversations that can be, at times, difficult and uncomfortable.

Join The Diversity Movement on Thursday, March 23, for a webinar on Finding Common Ground With DEI Late Adopters. A panel of seasoned diversity advocates will share their perspectives, advice, and lessons learned in counteracting DEI resistance.
