Jamie Langley has over twenty years’ experience in the clinical research industry across various roles. Today, she is the Global Head of Parexel Academy, an education provider serving the clinical research industry around the world. Her experience includes roles at both community and academic sites, as well as within CRO and pharma organizations across clinical operations and education.

Victoria Elder has five years of clinical research experience including support for clinical operations and statistical programming. Ms. Elder began her career as an intern at PharPoint Research, where she is currently employed as a project team associate. A recent graduate from Queens University of Charlotte, she has obtained a Bachelor of Science in health sciences and is pursuing a Masters of Science in Clinical Research and Product Development at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
Grace Langley

Grace Langley graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology in December 2019. She was hired by Parexel International as a Clinical Operations Assistant in February 2020. In the COA role, Langley was able to expand her knowledge and experience in the clinical research industry by supporting red projects with TMF issue resolution, investigator payment remediation, central filing, and preparing for database lock. Within 8 months of starting the COA role, Langley was promoted to Clinical Research Associate I where she has become the go-to resource for fellow CRAs on two biotech studies.
Kristin Alons

Kristin Alons is native to North Carolina and has lived in Raleigh area for about six years. Kristin has a Bachelor of Science in business management with a minor in marketing. She started her career within a staffing company for clinical research where she learned about the CRO industry and the variety of roles. Kristin was able to get her foot in the door at PRA Health Sciences. That opportunity led her to become a project specialist at Syneos Health where she has been for two years.
