You are cordially invited to a lunch-and-learn discussion on the topic "Life Sciences Industry: The Global Legal Landscape" on Wednesday, January 17. The event is sponsored by Baker McKenzie in collaboration with the local chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC).

The discussion focuses on providing life science and healthcare-sector organizations with insights on how to successfully navigate the complex legal landscape across the Americas, Asia-Pacific, Europe and the Middle East. Our industry panelists will explain regulatory considerations, as well as how to remain compliant with local laws, including product registrations, pricing restrictions and IP data requirements. Attendees will receive practical guidance on how to successfully invest in these regions, including M&A and joint venture tips, foreign ownership, antitrust considerations and how to avoid risk traps.

This program will be presented by a team of Baker McKenzie life science industry experts with significant experience in cross-border transactions and best practices.
