Ag Bio + Ag Tech Meetup and Discussion on Sustainable Intensification

Innovate Carolina will host the RTP Ag Bio + Ag Tech Meetup on May 11. This event will feature a panel discussion on solutions toward sustainable intensification followed by networking and refreshments. 

Sustainable intensification describes the concept that crop and food growth needs to increase to preserve and improve existing ecosystems while providing adequate nutrition for a growing population. This discussion will explore the many approaches to tuning farming into a more additive process that provides nutritional needs for a growing population and the ecosystem.
