Triangle Life Science Cluster Hits #2 in JLL Report

North Carolina’s Raleigh-Durham region, a.k.a. the Research Triangle, has the nation’s second leading life science base among major metro areas, up from No. 4 since last year, according to a new JLL report.

NCBiotech Awards $1.8M in Final Quarter, $6.8M for Year

The North Carolina Biotechnology Center awarded 27 loans and grants totaling about $1.8 million to companies and universities across the state during the final quarter of its 2014-2015 fiscal year ending June 30.
