Purpose:
This ad-hoc group is less structured than our other focus groups, designed to respond to possible research projects and funding opportunities that promote the mission and goals of the NCGBC. This focus group provides opportunity for helping to coordinate inter-university research interactions and academic-industry research opportunities. This group also provides a means for including researchers at comprehensive universities and North Carolina Historically Minority Universities in large-scale research projects.
