About this Resource
Since 1984, the North Carolina Biotechnology Center has invested in biotechnology statewide through its grant programs in research, education and economic development. The Center understands, however, that in order for many of our applicants to achieve their goals and continue to advance the growth of biotechnology in the state, they must seek grant funding from multiple sources.
The Biotechnology Center's "Gateway to Funding Resources" will serve as a one-stop shop to help secure funding in North Carolina, separate from the Center's program funding opportunities.
The “Gateway to Funding Resources” provides assistance to North Carolina educators, researchers and businesses in identifying grant opportunities and preparing successful grant proposals. This resource will help leverage and increase public and private sector funding for life sciences in North Carolina.
If you are new to grant seeking, the How-To Guide gives direction on how to use the sources listed throughout.
