Welcome to the information source for available "wet" laboratory facilities in North Carolina.  The purpose of this tool is to provide a one-stop, match-making vehicle that objectively presents basic information regarding any such property to interested in-state and out-of-state companies.

Additionally, this site provides contact information for the individual (agent, broker, landlord and owner) representing each property.

We do not intend to represent the properties in any way other than to serve as an impartial portal to this information.

Please note that eligible properties are those for lease or sale and are ready for immediate occupancy by companies requiring wet lab or incubator space, manufacturing space suitable for life sciences-related production, etc.

This service is NOT intended to be an inventory of:

• Pure office space;
• "Flex" or "shell" space that requires significant adaptation/investment to be useful for laboratory work;
• "Captive" facilities that are not available for lease by companies (e.g., university-only academic research labs); or
• Instrumentation and capabilities not associated with available space for lease or sale.
