The goal of the Regional Development Grant Program (PDF) is to build capacity through collaborative projects, providing a foundational resource for biotechnology development in the community that was not there previously and that the community could not have achieved without Biotechnology Center funding.

Preproposals are required for the Regional Development Grant Program.
