West Pharmaceutical Services to Create 154 New Jobs

West Pharmaceutical Services, a Pennsylvania-based maker of medical devices, plans to create 154 jobs and invest $18.7 million in the next three years into its Kinston plant. The company received $300,000 from the One North Carolina economic development fund which also requires a matching local contribution.
